Howard J. Donsky, M.D., FRCPC

Dr. Donsky received his medical degree from the University of Toronto and is the former head of dermatology at Toronto General Hospital and the University of Toronto. His residency in internal medicine was followed by dermatology and dermatologic surgery training at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, Michigan. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology, American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, the Royal College of Physicians of Canada and the Canadian Institute of Facioplastic Surgery. In addition, Dr. Donsky has written multiple papers on skin cancer, nail disorders, vascular tumors and the skin manifestations of internal malignancy. He also authored the world-renowned guidebook to healthy skin, Beauty is Skin Deep.

Dr. Donsky teaches, conducts research and holds an appointment at Strong Memorial Hospital, the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry, and Rochester General Hospital.

Dr. Donsky has been the lead investigator in multiple research studies. These have included projects related to various skin conditions including psoriasis, eczema and viral skin infections. Recent studies were for Botox and Juvederm treatments. Dr. Donsky is considered a national teaching center for Botox therapy.

Jana L. Allen, RPA-C

Jana is originally from Webster, NY. She attended the Alderson-Broaddus College physician assistant program in Philippi, WV and graduated in 1998 with a bachelor degree in Medical Science. She worked for seven years as a physician assistant at Greencastle Family Practice in Greencastle, PA. After the birth of her daughter, Jena, in 2005, she returned home to Rochester. Since then she has worked as a physician assistant at Evergreen Family Medicine in Brockport, NY and Finger Lakes Medical Associates in Geneva, NY. Jana enjoys photography, scrapbooking, sailing with her family on Lake Ontario and playing with her daughter.

Cindy Pera, Esthetician

Cindy graduated from Shear Ego International and has worked as a NYS Licensed Esthetician with Dr. Donsky at Dermatology and Cosmetic Center for over seven years. Cindy has successfully completed advanced medical esthetic,endermologie and laser hair removal training in accredited dermatology skin care courses. Throughout her career, Cindy has valued safe, practical skin care methods, with an emphasis on honest simplicity in product applications. This approach has worked well for clients from all backgrounds. skin color and skin types. She is a major contributor to the warm, friendly and professional atmosphere provided at our office and Spa on Ridge. The personal comfort and privacy are paramount before, during and after their treatments. Cindy lives in Ontario, NY, with her husband Robert, and their two sons, Michael and Alex. Her interests include entertaining friends and family, sewing and eating Bruster's ice cream.

Traci Harasymchuk, Esthetician

Traci is a NYS Licensed Esthetician. She has joined our medical spa team at Dermatology and Cosmetic Center. Traci received her training at the Shear Ego International School in Rochester. She has a passion for skin care and strives to provide an excellent level of high quality and full range of medical / spa services for her patients. She is very personable and makes everyone around her feel comfortable and at ease. Traci lives in Irondequoit with her husband (Bill), their 3 daughters (Hannah, Maya, and Ava) and their yellow lab (Parker). Her other interests include weight training, running, cooking, gardening and spending time with her family.

Andrea Szatkowski, Esthetician

Andrea graduated from Continental School of Beauty where she received her NYS license for Esthetics. She is currently studying Nursing at Monroe Community College and wishes to go on to St. John Fisher to receive her Master’s Degree in N.P. Andrea is an energetic and dedicated person who enjoys her career as an esthetician and loves meeting new people. In her free time she likes to spend time with her family, friends, and her dog Kaito.

Noelle Finger, Esthetician

Noelle is a NYS licensed esthetician and a graduate of Continental School of Beauty in Rochester. She has recently joined our medical spa team at Dermatology and Cosmetic Center. Noelle is a very friendly and detail-oriented person who is committed to providing the highest quality and service for her patients. She has a passion for excellence in makeup and is an artist. She attended Roberts Wesleyan College for Graphic Design and received her Associates in Advertising from Monroe Community College. Noelle has an active lifestyle and has competed in hard court and beach volleyball for many years.
